Want to Piss Off a Kiel Native…

Make sure you have them watch this; the official White House YouTube video of the initial reaction to the Fort Hood shooting by President Barack Obama.

I've had more than a few friends -- either those I went to high school with, or knew throughout the greater Kiel community -- contact me and hear them vent about this reaction; especially after Friday morning.  One hopes he doesn't console his daughters with this sort of tone after they have a bad dream.

Addendum -- Kiel, normally a fairly conservative and Republican-leaning community, voted for Obama for President last year.  Further proof 2008 was an electoral abnormality, not a re-alignment.
